Dr Ahmed Mahammed graduated from The University of Birmingham as a dental surgeon in 2004. Since then, he has furthered his studies and sat the Faculty of Dental Surgery and Membership of the Faculty of General Dental Practitioners examinations at the highly-respected Royal College of Surgeons in London. 

Dr Mahammed also holds a diploma in implants which he gained from the Royal College of Surgeons in Edinburgh. He is also furthering his knowledge and experience by undertaking an MSc in Implantology with the University of Bristol. 

Within his professional practice, Dr Mahammed has particular interests in implantology, oral surgery, and providing minimally invasive aesthetic dentistry using treatments such as Invisalign. 

With a deep understanding of the concerns of nervous patients, Dr Mahammed is a Dental Phobia-certified dentist who utilises various methods to ensure patients feel at ease during their treatments. 

To help patients with dental phobia, Dr Mahammed is SAAD qualified. The Society for the Advancement of Anaesthesia in Dentistry is an organisation that trains dentists in using sedation and other pain management techniques to minimise anxiety. 

As a Foundation Dental Trainer, Dr Mahammed also shares his experience and knowledge to help recent dental graduates develop higher standards. 

Dr Mahammed is a Member of several professional organisations, including The British Dental Association, The Association of Dental Implantology, and The Faculty of General Dental Practice.

Work with A World Without Barriers orphanage charity, and Teeth Relief sees Dr Mahammed carrying out treatment and providing education in developing countries. 

Outside of the dental clinic, Dr Mahammed enjoys cycling, photography, and cooking.
