After many years (at least 5) of avoiding the dentist due to anxiety, I started experiencing TMJ problems and decided I need to confront the issue and make an appointment. Following extensive internet research into dentists who specialise in phobic patients in London, I emailed Dr Pinder (who promptly replied to me personally putting my mind at ease about coming for an initial consultation) and subsequently made a first appointment. Two years later and following a programme of treatment for various problems (which included fillings, RCT and gum treatment), both with Jenny personally and the wider team at the practice), I am now decay + gum problem free and on a normal schedule of annual check ups. Jenny has been fantastic - very understanding, sympathetic, communicative and reassuring, and the whole process has been easy and pain free. You have no need to feel embarrassed about your phobia with Jenny, anything you want to explore or discuss she will be very happy to help. In addition, the endontologist (Bina Patel) who did my root canal therapy was fantastic, and the whole process was very careful, thorough and painless. I can't recommend Jenny and her colleagues highly enough (especially to nervous patients, but to anyone else too!) - this has been an excellent, reassuring and pain free experience. 5 stars all round.

Absolutely by far the very best dentist I have ever had treatment from. Gentle, kind, honest, no rush. Very skilled. As was the Nurse. I was most embarrassed by the state of my teeth and nervous of pain (bad experiences in the past). There was never a sense of judgement and no pain whatsoever (even for extraction!). I now have a comprehensive plan of action to bring my teeth to perfect health, including some trips to the Hygienist. All itemised so there are no hidden costs and I can spread the timings and the bill as suits my lifestyle. The promise of no pain (the Wand is fantastic) and some Valium/Diazepam put me greatly at ease. Dr. Pinder is tremendously skilled and has great empathy. This combination is to be lauded. If you are nervous or terrified please make an appointment to meet Dr. Pinder.

Very helpful woman. Listened to me, worked out my particular problems, both dental and phobia wise. Had to refer me to a colleague, who specialised only in root canals. Helped take great care of me day of the treatment. Advised use of dental dam to reduce fear/act of gagging. Excellent work from the whole team - the dental nurses are also very good.
