14 years of dental phobia and my teeth are in a state of disrepair. Should I have implants?
hi there i have been suffering from dental phobia for the past 14 years i’m 21 and it started in my childhood i’m terrified of needles and the drill. i have not been to a dentist in 6 years and the damage to my teeth is very clear to see i want to get over my fear and need some advice on the best place to go as i really need my teeth fixed i have completely lost my confidence and im only young. i really want to get dental implants but would like ur advice i know that i need at least 13 teeth fixed.

You are going too fast !!
implants may be something you need , but how do you know until you see a dentist .
also I dont know what your budget is , and what sort of facility you need to find .
You do need to get basic care before even thinking about implants .
You could look at www.dentalfearcentral.org for some ideas , and to share your fears with others who have found the right help .
The drill need not be a source of pain , provided that you find help and get over your needle phobia
