I have a broken tooth and dental phobia and they are really ruining my confidence. Can you help?
Hi. I have a severely broken front tooth which is pretty awful to look at, it happened a coupleof years ago at work and I am so phobic about dentists that I have not been since as long as I can remember. it is ruining my confidence and I’m in a bit of a mess, can you please tell me what can I do? I appreciate the time taken for you to read this and any feedback
Well I think you know what you have to do if you want to get your confidence back , and this is a good start .
You have to let a dentist see it , so that you can find out how to get it fixed .
Doing that only commits you to knowing what the real situation is .
Once you know that you can decide how you could achieve getting it done .
There are lots of options to help you manage the anxiety .
Doing nothing means you have chosen to live with this problem and you can’t move forward
Chose a dentist , make the appointment , and take it from there
