I have a crush on my dentist and won’t let him near my teeth, what should I do?
Hi. I know this is going to sound ridiculous but I just don’t know what to do. I have a crush on my dentist and I get so embarrassed when he goes near my teeth. I have avoided seeing him after he advised that I needed a tooth extraction because of severe dental decay. I can’t face him and he was so professional etc (as you’d expect) I know I’m being silly. Do you have any advice for me? I think it would be better for me to see another dentist but I don’t know how long it would take me to register with a new NHS practice!
You should definitely see another dentist . The reason for this is that this has to be nipped in the bud for your own sake .
Not only that but the dentist himself should be considered, as its unprofessional for him to have any romantic attachments with current patients .
If you want to see another NHS dentist then all you have to do is to find one that takes on new patients .
Hope this helps
