I have a sensitive gag reflex

I have a very sensitive gag reflex and for this reason not been to the dentist for sometime.

I have a broken molar that keeps getting an access every 6-12 months.

I really want to get this rectified and have the tooth removed.

Please could you advise if IV sedation will eliminate my gag reflex allowing me to have the treatment carried out.

Please could you recommend a dentists who is trained to carry this out and is also good with nervous patients I live in the East Riding but I would be willing to travel.

Hello
IV sedation would probably be suitable for you to have a tooth out . It does help with gagging .
You need to google , your area , IV sedation , Sedation dentistry . It might be that a general dentist may have to refer you to s sedation facility to do this , but it should be possible
