I have hyper sensitive teeth

Hi, I was told a few weeks ago that I needed two teeth taken out, I will be having IV sedation because I had radiotherapy that made my teeth hyper sensitive and I’m too scared to let the dentist near me. I was told yesterday that I have a bad infection in one of the teeth and I was wondering will they still take the teeth out if there is an infection there? (also I have asthma, will this make a difference in the treatment?).

Hello
you need to ask the people who are doing your sedation about the asthma . Im sure that they must already have asked you about your medical history if you have already go a booking for this
You may need some antibiotics first , but it should still be ok to do the extraction .
hope it all goes well as you must have been through a lot
Jenny
