Will they provide sedation at my village dentist?
I feel really pathetic for asking this of you but I am booked in at my dentist tomorrow because I am going to get a root canal preformed on me. The thought of this really makes me gag nevermind the thought of having a drill shoved in my mouth for the procedure. I live in a small village therefore the dentist is only a small dentist from what I can tell, so will they provide sedation for me? Iam really embarrassed about asking them about this

You need to ask about sedation before the actual appointment to make sure either way about this .
At this short notice all that might help would be a sedative tablet taken about an hour before the appointment.
Intravenous sedation takes some prior arrangemments but have courage and ask about it .
