Care at all levels is the best I have ever had. Friendly, professional and took great care to help me overcome my nerves and gave a quality level of treatment. Rob Lee, my current Dentist, has talked through all stages of my initial and ongoing work and ensured I was at ease and fully explained his advice to refer me to Jane Bracken for certain aspects of the treatment plan. A genuinely friendly person who puts you at ease and one who is clearly very skilled. Jane has also provided a fantastic level of care and explanations of all my available treatment options - even better my anaesthetic injections were done so well that they were the least painless I have ever had - great for me as that is one of the parts I normally hate the most ! Again a very skilled specialist with a clear professional pride in her work. All the dental nurses and receptionists are very welcoming and it all puts you at ease. Fantastic care for anybody who has a dental phobia.

I have been attending Bracken Barrett & Associates for routine dental checks for a number of years and have always had absolute faith and trust in the team. Up until recently, however I have not required any significant dental treatment although this morning I attended for root canal treatment. Surprisingly I was very nervous which I think was due to the fact of not knowing what to expect, what the procedure consisted of and the overall treatment plan, however Dr Jane Bracken and Danny were absolutely wonderful and completely reassured me and continually explained the process step by step. I was genuinely surprised once the treatment was over to the extent that I actually really questioned what I had felt so worried beforehand! When I found out I needed root canal I was extremely anxious about the procedure, from the first appointment Jane and her team put me at complete ease which their warm, calm and friendly manner. My entire experience of the root canal treatment was a very positive one and I am so pleased that Jane and her team were able to alleviate any fears I had, so I can get the treatment completed successfully.
