Dr Dipesh KH Patel completed his initial dental training at United Medical and Dental Schools of Guy’s and St Thomas’ Hospitals in London, and undertook his UK vocational training in North London. Following this, Dr Patel completed a research project at Harvard Dental School in Boston, USA. 

Dr Patel added to his skills and knowledge by taking on advanced restorative training at London’s Eastman Hospital. In addition to this, Dr Patel has also completed both the American National Boards Part 1 and 2, as well as the California Bench Exams at UOP, Loma Linda, and UCLA. Back in the UK, Dr Patel also completed a 4-year long Master’s program at King’s College, London, in Prosthodontic and Clinical Dentistry 

Following several years of work in private practice, Dr Patel undertook further surgical and implant training, learning from renowned implant specialists in the UK, USA, Europe, and South America. 

In addition to his valuable work as a practising dentist, Dr Patel also teaches undergraduate students at Guy’s Hospital in London part-time. 

In his work, Dr Patel is interested in providing comprehensive dental care using the latest minimally-invasive and diagnostic techniques and technology, including laser dentistry. 

To help nervous patients, Dr Patel takes the time to discuss procedures in a friendly, informal, and personable manner. By allowing time for patients to ask questions, it is possible to find solutions that minimise anxiety. 

Dr Patel can provide conscious sedation. Using IV sedation or gas and air makes even the most complex procedure possible, as it gently removes all feelings of anxiety and worry. 

When he isn’t working, Dr Patel enjoys sports, music, art, and spending time with his wife, children, and pets.
