I am confused about private dentists
Hi Jenny,
I came across your page when looking for a dentist in London who is understanding of anxieties. I haven’t been to a dentist in around 15 years, but after losing part of a second tooth at 26 I feel it is time for me to act. However having never been as an adult- I am somewhat confused about how the finances work.
I have looked at the site for your practise but am confused about whether I will need to go NHS or private, and also whether the BUPA dental 20 would assist with costs and whether I would be eligible.
Just wondered if you had any advise?
Many thanks
Hello, Bupa practices are only private , and yes your Bupa Dental 20 would cover some of the costs , certainly for the initial exams and other treatment up to certain limits .
You would be able to claim against this policy . However you would be given a full costing so you can decide whether you could afford the fees we charge , once we find out what you need
Hope this helps
Jenny
