I cannot handle any more injections
Hello Dr,
I recently had some fillings and a tooth extraction and then had an infection. It really affected me and I was in agony. I didn’t like the injections (I had about 10 at once) and it made almost my whole face numb. Are there any treatments available where I dont have to have an injection? If I wanted to change dentist would this be possible and how do I find a good dentist that offers alternative treatments where I live?
I need another filling I think but I didn’t go to my appointment because I couldn’t handle having more injections or pain. Thank you for your time.

I am sorry by your experience .
The delivery of modern dentistry should not be painful especially injections . My feeling is that in your case you may have had too many treatments in one session and what sounds like a difficult extraction of an infected tooth
