I would like all my teeth removed so that I can wear dentures

Hello, I have really bad periodontal disease and refuse to have the cleaning of my teeth done. Always had really bad experiences with dentists since I was a young child. I am now in my 50’s. Over the years I have for 1 reason or another had teeth removed. My Dentist keeps refusing to pull out the rest of my teeth and let me have dentures. This is causing me a lot of stress as I know my teeth are in a really bad way. I have reached the stage where I refuse to acknowledge that I even have any teeth left and refuse to brush them even. My hope being that eventually one by one they will be removed and dentist will have no choice but to give me dentures.
Is there anything I can do to convince my dentist that this is what I really want.

I have had several people in a similar situation to yours .
They couldn’t face having gum treatment , yet that was what was needed to keep the teeth .
You are now in denial because thats the most comfortable place to be .
You must be feeling miserable , and in a place thats stuck .
I got one lady in to see a dental hospital with a view to taking all her remaining teeth out under a general anaesthetic , and another lady had all her remaining teeth out under IV sedation and had some dentures fitted immediately . There really was no choice as they were both really sure that they wanted to get rid of them once and for all .
Both ladies teeth were in a really bad way , and lack of cleaning was having an adverse effect on their interpersonal relationships .
There will in all probability be a dentist somewhere who would be willing to do what you want .
