I want to say a big thank you to everyone at Dental Twenty One. I have long term anxiety when it comes to dentists and have not been able to visit one for many years and have for the last couple of years suffered with pain but my fear prevented me from going to the dentist. After much research I visited the surgery and everyone from my first visit was reassuring and I now have a full plan on how to move forward with my dental care. My journey started this week removing a loose and painful tooth and the care and consideration I received was first class. I highly recommend anyone who is nervous to visit as the patience and kindness and high level of care really is first class.

I cannot thank this practice enough. I hardly ever smiled, was anxious and nervous and this really affected my confidence and so much more. Not only were the dentists superb at what they did in transforming my smile but they really took their time with me to explain all the options available so that I could make an informed choice without any pressure at all. The dentists without question pride themselves on the quality of their treatments they carry out. And also the quality of the materials they use - which was important to me. It took a while for me to decide which dental practice to go with as many were much cheaper - but there is always a reason for this! It’s rare for me to write reviews but this practice is exceptional. Dr Asani and the whole team are amazing. I urgently needed a root canal and he squeezed me in. Everything here is very professionally done, I’m not left questioning their standards ever. Dr Asani has a lovely bedside manner and is extremely gentle. Dr Beth is also very professional and kind. The concierge (especially Czarek and Harriet) staff is always calm and courteous even when clients like me are extremely stressed and not necessarily being my calmest. The atmosphere is lovely, all the assistants like Amy and the lovely hygienist Debbie I’ve met have been amazing. Kayleigh is always extremely helpful; I often have to get many things completed in a short time frame and they are always accommodating. The practice is beautiful and clean. It’s lovely to go somewhere like this where you can have peace of mind that the highest standards are always maintained. I have been coming here for my dental care for about 4 or 5 years (i come here from NYC once or twice a year and now it’s the only place I have my teeth looked at- they are that good) and plan to continue forever. As a indivdual who has always been nervous going to the dentist and has experienced both anxiety and panic attacks when attending, I developed a severe fear of the dentist Since being recomended about seeing Dr Asani from a close friend,I haven't looked back. All the staff and Dr Asani are all very thoughtful, people who explain procedures in a way that is easy to understand but they also show both support and empathy in every step in your dental treatment. Dr Asani made me feel calm and relaxed during my appointment with him. Clearly very experienced but very down to earth with a genuine caring approach. Something that I have not experienced with other dentists and is why I am so very glad I came across Dr Asani. Saw Dr Asani following a recommendation and can say how pleasant he was upon meeting him. Made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the appointment. And as for treatment I had, he was very gentle and explained everything to me at each stage. A beautiful clinic too. Warm and very friendly staff also. A bit like a relaxing spa environment. Being a very nervous patient, Dr Asani has just been amazing right from the very start, from my initial consultation, procedures through to the after care supported by his wonderful team of staff, I can 100% hand on heart say without the help of Dr Asani I would not be smiling with confidence.

As someone who hasn't been to the dentist for a very long time due to previous bad experiences, I was in need of urgent dental help so had to find a dentist. I came across Dr Asani at Twenty One Dental. He was really very caring and understanding and put me at ease pretty much straight away. Treatment was undertaken gently and I even got to see what the problems were with my teeth on their amazing tech equipment. Nothing like I had experienced or seen before. The practice staff were equally lovely. I infact forgot I was at the dentists! I am so glad I found this place and have signed up as a new patient. Made me feel so relaxed and put me at ease straight away. I attended my appointment with a friend and was greeted by their dedicated patient coordinator and had a choice to sit in the relaxation suite away from everyone else until my appointment or to sit in the patient waiting area. I chose the relaxation suite and totally forgot I was in a dental practice! No typical dental smells, but a beautiful spa type smell with such kindness shown by everyone. I was then taken to meet Dr Asani. A little nervous I must say but what a wonderful warm caring dentist he is. Softly spoken with a great smile and clearly very experienced. Took his time with me. I was not rushed at all and everything was clearly explained to me. Lovely nurse who assisted him too. The surgery itself is simply stunning with amazing technology that really helped me understand about my teeth and the teeth issues I had which Dr Asani talked me through every step of the way. I cannot thank Dr Asani enough. He has changed my life by being able to smile again. Be confident again.
